Sis, That Ain’t a Soul Tie — It’s a Habit
Chiiiile, let’s talk.
Not everything that feels deep is divine. Sometimes, we confuse attachment with alignment. And sometimes? What we call a soul tie is just a pattern we keep choosing because it’s familiar—even when it’s harmful.
💬 Let’s Break It Down:
You keep saying,
“We’re connected on a soul level—I can feel it!”
But baby… if that soul-level connection is draining your energy, undermining your peace, and keeping you in confusion?
That’s not a divine tie.
That’s an emotional rut with a spiritual filter.
☕️ Truth to Sip On:
- Soul ties bring expansion, not contraction.
- Habitual pain is not the same as sacred growth.
- If you always feel like you’re doing ‘the work’ just to stay connected, you might be doing all the work while they’re doing none.
🔥 Ask Yourself:
- What part of me keeps choosing familiarity over freedom?
- Do I want them—or do I want the version of me I think I am when I’m with them?
- If this connection ended today, what would I gain back?
💡 Reminder:
You don’t owe your healing to every person who hurt you.
You are allowed to walk away from patterns—even if they look spiritual, karmic, or “meant to be.”
You don’t need a deliverance—you need a decision.
Till next Tuesday, gentle healer.
Stay grounded, stay glowing.
