Monthly Letter From Yours Truly- Coach G
Let’s begin here—with a gentle breath.
Drop your shoulders. Unclench your jaw. Exhale that invisible pressure to perform.
You don’t have to earn your worth today. You never did.
I know—this world often tells you to keep it moving, keep it pretty, keep it perfect. Even healing has been turned into a checklist. But I want to remind you: healing is not a linear performance. It’s a layered process. It unfolds in spirals, not straight lines.
Some days you’ll feel like you’ve outgrown the pain. Other days, it will rise uninvited, tugging at the hem of your peace. That doesn’t mean you’re broken—it means you’re living. And living while healing is holy work.
This month, I invite you to shift from fixing yourself to befriending yourself. To stop measuring progress by how busy or productive you are, and start measuring it by how honestly you’re tending to your own truth.
Ask yourself:
- Where am I pretending I’m okay just to keep the peace?
- What does softness look like in my relationships, especially with myself?
- Where do I need more truth, not more tolerance?
Give yourself permission to rest—not as a reward, but as a requirement.
To unlearn urgency.
To say no without explanation.
To say yes without shrinking.
And if it’s been a hard start to the month, remember: you can begin again in the middle. You can start fresh on a random Wednesday afternoon if that’s when grace finds you.
You don’t have to have it all figured out to be worthy of compassion.
You don’t have to be healed to be whole.
You’re not behind, beloved.
You’re becoming—slowly, surely, beautifully.
With softness and truth,
Coach G
