If you’ve been here all week at Chiiiile Please, you already know — this wasn’t light reading. This was soul excavation. This was sitting with the hard truths, the uncomfortable reflections, and the quiet call to rise.

Let’s walk it back.

We started the week calling out red flags, not just in dating but deep in our friendships — the patterns we excuse, the history we cling to, the loyalty we misuse as a cover for harm. We named the grief of friendship breakups and told the truth: sometimes, love has to happen from a distance so you can keep your peace.

Then on Tea & Truth Tuesday, we unpacked the lie that balance is doing it all. Balance, baby, is knowing when to sit with yourself. It’s recognizing when you’re pouring from an empty cup, when you’re distracting yourself with connection, when you need to step back and check in with you. We didn’t sugarcoat it — we told the raw truth that sometimes stillness is the scariest, but most necessary, form of healing.

On Wednesday, we went hard on dating with discernment â€” because not everyone deserves access to you. We challenged the fantasy of potential and held up the mirror to our own patterns of over-giving, hoping, clinging. We reminded ourselves that you are the prize, but you’re also the chooser.

Thursday? Whewww, chile — Thursday was a gut punch.
We scrapped the original plan and I came to you raw, fresh from my own snap out of it moment.
We talked about releasing the excuses, stepping out on faith, trusting yourself, and walking in your full power — not when you’re ready, but right now. We said it plain: nobody’s coming to hand you permission. You have to give it to yourself.

So now we’re here — at the end of the week — and I want to leave you with this:

✨ You are allowed to let go.
Of people. Of patterns. Of excuses. Of timelines that no longer serve you.

✨ You are allowed to sit with yourself.
Not because you’re broken, but because your own presence is medicine.

✨ You are allowed to move, trembling, into your purpose.
Not when it’s perfect, but when it’s real.

💭 Weekend Food for Thought

Where am I holding on to something that’s already slipping away?
What permission am I still waiting for to live fully?
How can I create space this weekend — not to perform, not to perfect — but simply to be?

Baby, this life isn’t waiting on you to be flawless.
It’s waiting on you to be present.
To rise where you are. To love yourself forward. To stop shrinking, apologizing, or asking for directions to places your soul already knows.

Thank you for showing up this week — in the reading, in the reflection, in the soul work.
We are building something here, and you, love, are part of it.

Next week? Oh, we’re going deeper. 💛

With gratitude, grit, and so much love,
Coach G
